We are also an authorized warranty service
provider. This means that if a printer is
still under O.E.M. warranty our technicians
are certified to service those printers at
the expense of the manufacturer.

Plan One
Maintenance Agreement
In this all inclusive, full maintenance
plan, all parts and labor are included for
12 months. It also includes two cleanings
and unlimited service calls. It is the
equivalent to a re-activation of the
original warranty, plus bi-annual cleanings,
which are not included in the original
warranty. The Maintenance Agreement does not include consumable parts in the printer such as cartridges or a
maintenance kit. (Every 250,000 to 300,000
pages printed, a laser printer needs a
maintenance kit to replace the fuser and the
rollers in the printer. It does not mean the
printer is broken, but that certain parts
were consumed or have been worn out.)
Before
the printer goes on a Maintenance Agreement,
our technicians must do one preventative
maintenance inspection of the printer. The
cost for this is not
included in the Maintenance Agreement price.
If the inspection uncovers broken or worn
out components, they must be fixed at the
cost of the customer before the printer goes
under agreement. If there is nothing wrong
with the printer, the agreement goes into
effect immediately.
Hewlett
Packard charges $350 (not including
cleaning) to re-activate a warranty on the
Laser Jet 4000 series printers. HP will not
insure or put a Maintenance Agreement on
older printer models. Cheap Ink will. We are
also an authorized warranty service
provider. This means that if the printer is
still under original manufacturer warranty,
we are certified to service those printers
at the expense of the manufacturer.

Plan Two
Preventative Maintenance
This plan includes a cleaning,
inspection and a complete report of the
customer’s printer. Semi-annual cleaning
is recommended and provided by this plan.
Our technicians do a full 15 point cleaning
and inspection. After each cleaning we
provide an inspection report which advises
the owner of the status of all the
printer’s components. This inspection can
recognize current problems and predict
problems the printer may have in the future.
The cleaning also minimizes paper jams by 70
percent.

Plan Three
Basic Repair Service
If a
problem arises, call us and our technicians
can be at your work site within 4 to 6
hours. The customer pays for time and
materials.
The cost of parts is not
included in this plan. For each visit, there is a one
hour minimum charge on all printers. If
the visit lasts longer than one hour per
printer, the customer will be billed in
quarter-hour increments. The hourly rates
